Raffle Terms & Conditions

This raffle is promoted by Pawprint Trust, a registered charity in England and Wales (Charity No. 1195918). Our contact email is admin@pawprinttrust.com.

Pawprint Trust is registered with the Fundraising Regulator and operates in accordance with the Code of Fundraising Practice and the Fundraising Promise.

This raffle is open to residents of the United Kingdom only. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Proof of age may be required before a prize is awarded.

Employees, trustees, and volunteers of Pawprint Trust, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

To enter the raffle, participants must complete the online entry form at pawprinttrust.com/raffle and submit full payment for the chosen number of tickets.

Entries are only valid upon receipt of full payment. Incomplete entries or unpaid entries will not be included in the draw. One entry form per person, per raffle.

Raffle tickets are priced at £2.00 per ticket. There is no minimum or maximum number of tickets per entrant, other than the maximum of 100 tickets per entry form.

All ticket prices include any applicable taxes. Pawprint Trust reserves the right to amend ticket pricing for future raffles with appropriate notice.

Prizes will be announced prior to the draw date. Pawprint Trust reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value in the event that the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered. All prizes must be claimed within 30 days of notification, after which they will be forfeited.

The draw will be conducted on a date to be announced. The draw will be made by random selection from all valid, paid entries received before the closing date.

The draw will be conducted with independent oversight to ensure fairness and integrity. Pawprint Trust reserves the right to postpone the draw date and will communicate any changes to entrants.

Winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw, using the email address provided at the time of entry. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 30 days, the prize may be forfeited and a new winner drawn.

Winners' names may be published on pawprinttrust.com and shared on social media channels, unless the winner expressly requests otherwise.

Personal data collected in connection with this raffle will be used solely for the administration of the raffle and, where consent has been given, for marketing purposes.

Data will be processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Pawprint Trust is committed to responsible fundraising. Participation in this raffle should be undertaken responsibly and only using funds that the participant can afford. This raffle is not a form of investment.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with this raffle will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

This raffle is operated in compliance with the Gambling Act 2005. Pawprint Trust holds all necessary registrations and permissions required to conduct this fundraising activity.
